Caye Caulker

Caye Caulker is a Belizean island. Shortest distance from the mainland is from Belize city. It takes anyway an hour by the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi. The price is relatively low (56 BZD for a return ticket). The island is small. When you are in the middle of the islands, you see both coasts. The reason to visit this island are the Marine reserves. To snorkel or dive the Barrier Reef is, what is interesting. You can even see manatees, turtles and more. I am looking forward to see corals as well. Stay tuned, though you do not miss my report then.
