Morelos is another state of Mexico. Even it is a very little one, it should not to be missed. The temperature is the same all year around and it is warm, but not hot and in addition to that, it is not humid. The evenings and nights can be a little chilly, but what does that matter.

Morelos has a beautiful nature and more than one Pueblo Magíco. I actually have two hosts in Cuernavaca, the capital of this state, because people sometimes have other things to do.

You can follow me for the few days in Morelos by the link.

El Chepe

Finally I have wi-fi again. I decided to make an exception from telling my story state after state. The train “El Chepe” is crossing the Copper Canyon, but starts in Los Mochis, Sinaloa and ends in Chihuahua, Chihuahua. It crosses as well the state of Sonora. I think it is better you can read about this part of my trip on the same page, even there will be pages for other places for every of these three states.

I have been in a little adventure, too, on this part of the trip, though stay tuned until the following link is working: El Chepe.

Copper Canyon

Copper canyon (Spanish: Barranca del Cobre) is one of my favourite destinations. Finally I will start to see it the upcoming morning. My first part will be: Los Mochis to Bahuichivo by train. From the train station Bahuichivo I will take the bus to Urique, very down in the canyon and stay there for three nights. I hope I can attend a jungle tour. Friday, 9th I will go by bus from Urique to Bahuichivo and continue by train to Cuauhtémoc, where I will stay for two nights. Afterwards I will go by train to Chihuahua. In the town of Chihuahua I have a couch surfing host, with which I will stay for five days and hopefully also explore the surroundings.

I hope I can update my blog even during travelling the Copper canyon, but as I wrote before: It is not sure, that wi-fi will work there – especially in Urique. Stay tuned!
